I have often wondered recently why Limbaugh has been so muted in his criticism of Newt Gingrich over the NY-23 Scozzafava endorsement. In this recent Fox News interview, Rush tells us that he voted for John McCain, despite the fact that he did not agree with many of McCain’s politics. While Rush didn’t endorse McCain, he apparently decided, just as Newt did, that right now at least, our main focus should be keeping the Republican Party on track. They are both loyal party men.
